As the year 2020 wrapped up, virtual pet enthusiasts across Europe were actively engaging with their digital companions on Android devices. Data from Sensor Tower provides a glimpse into the performance of the top five virtual pet applications during the fourth quarter of the year.

My Talking Tom Friends saw a consistent increase in revenue during the quarter, peaking at around $5.5K in the final weeks of December. Downloads showed a robust trend, with figures climbing to approximately 526K towards the year's end. Weekly active users also experienced growth, reaching nearly 3.9M in the last week of December.

My Talking Tom 2 demonstrated a similar positive trajectory in revenue, with a notable spike to over $10K in the weeks leading up to Christmas. The app's downloads surged to around 459K by the end of December. The number of weekly active users steadily increased, reaching over 4M in the same period.

For My Talking Angela, revenue remained relatively stable with a slight uptick to more than $5.2K in the last week of 2020. The app's downloads crescendoed to over 354K, and weekly active users swelled to over 3.2M, indicating a strong end to the year.

My Talking Tom also enjoyed a revenue rise, finishing the quarter at nearly $3K. The download count for the app rose to about 351K, and weekly active users increased to just under 2M in the final week of December.

Lastly, Kpopsies - Hatch Baby Unicorns, a newer entrant, showed promising growth. Although the revenue was modest, it grew to $241 by year-end. The app's downloads and weekly active users witnessed significant growth, with downloads approaching 189K and active users reaching over 602K in the last week of December.
